Reviews and Ratings
The hotel has some room for improvement with its rooms being small and concerning for security, but I found the location great with lots to do nearby. The service was good overall, except for one rude encounter. The dining experience was limited, but the hotel offers a decent level of facilities.
The hotel offers large and comfortable rooms, with excellent hot water and wifi performance, but they appear a bit dated. The service was top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The location is ideal for exploring nearby attractions, although a bit of a walk to the metro station. Dining options were limited but having a nearby IGA was convenient. Overall, a good value for the price paid.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were comfortable and the staff friendly, but the location was not ideal for reaching downtown attractions easily. The dining left a lot to be desired, although the free parking was a definite perk.
When I checked into the hotel, a lady named Jamie told me I can use my deposit. The rooms appeared clean, had a refrigerator which was a help for children, and the beds were very clean. It's a brilliant location for the Olympic park, close to the metro for travel to the city, but unfortunately, we were locked out at one point.
The hotel had clean rooms with all the facilities of a 3-star hotel, although they did not match the website images. The hotel manager was accommodating and offered me a different room, which turned out to be very clean.
The hotel was in a prime location for exploring Montreal and its attractions, with convenient access to restaurants. The rooms were modern and beautiful, especially the bathrooms, although the noise level from neighboring parties was a downside.
